Warm Up With Elite

Follow along with this quick warm-up, then use the movements below to help get your body ready for the court.

Six Ways to Get Moving

Move gently and stay within a comfortable range. Each stretch should feel controlled.

Hamstring Stretch

Extend one foot in front of you and gently lean forward. Repeat on both sides.

Quad Stretch

Bend one knee and bring your heel toward your glutes. Use a fence or wall for balance if needed.

Ankle Rolls

Slowly roll each ankle to prepare for quick movements in every direction.

Wrist Stretch

Gently extend each wrist to loosen the wrists and forearms. Hold for 20 to 30 seconds on each side.

Arm Swings

Swing your arms forward and back to warm up your shoulders and upper body.

Neck Stretch

Gently bring one ear toward your shoulder, then switch sides. Keep the movement slow and controlled.
